Are website hosting prices inclusive of GST?
All hosting prices are shown in NZD + GST and billed monthly: $29 for Basic, $79 for Managed and $120 for Managed Plus.
What does the Shop Plus add-on include?
Shop Plus adds WooCommerce-aware backups, checkout monitoring and shop recovery support to any hosting plan for $50 + GST per month.
Does Managed Plus guarantee SEO rankings?
No fixed ranking is guaranteed. Managed Plus includes SEO and Search Console health checks plus a GEO / AI search readiness review focused on technical foundations, content guidance and discoverability.
How is work outside the hosting plan charged?
New pages, redesigns, complex fixes and third-party licence costs are outside the hosting plan. Additional development is $70 + GST per hour or quoted after scope review.
